damn you. damn you for keeping us hanging like that. damn you for making it so blooming short, but most of all, damn you for being a bloody addictive and brilliant writer

Uh, sorry?

Erm, am I supposed to be apologizing for something? :)

Great dramatic chapter! Perfect ending -- the revealing of the House of Gryffindor! Love it!

Loved it! And I found it interesting to note the percentage of the canidates that were able to throw off the Imperious. Kind of makes you wonder about the DEEZ claim of being "under an imperious" when caught. Weak minded bunch, aren't they?

This continues to be a superior, bloody brilliant story. I for one would love longer chapters, but in the interests of more frequent posting will accept shorter ones. Do please post again soon.

Political!Harry engages in Dumbledore-bashing and supports (at Amelia's request) Baron Abbott. I wonder when the last time was that the Supreme Mugwump got smacked down in his own Wizengamot...

What a perfect time to drop that one. Did Dumbledore see that one coming or was it overlooked and, what would the reaction to what just happen be, anger, confusion? What happens next?

Another awesome chapter . . . and Harry could not have chosen to reveal his other signet at a better time. Keep up the good work

*Tries to be good. Tries to be sweet. Fails miserably and brays like a donkey.* Go Harry, go Harry, it's your birthday. Go Harry.

*composes myself* Now that, that's out of the way. I find your story not only entertaining, but well written. It is how I pictured things coming to pass in the Wizarding World if Dumbledore had lived and Fudge ousted like the charlatan that he is. Bravo!

i love how it was so deadlocked at the end. it was awesome... shall amelia still die as she did in HBP?

Do you REALLY expect me to answer this? :)

Nice chapter. Nice ending with the vote from House of Gryffindor.

*applauds* I usually hate stories so riddled with politics, but really, that was fantastic. The way the nominations were handled was wonderful (I was so greateful that you didn't include long-winded speeches, and your reasoning behind it was excellent) and the fact that Harry swung the vote - and the reactions that may follow - is quite the cliffhanger. I love it. It'll be great to see everybody's reactions. *grins*

Cheers,
