Justice at last! Also, I missed my opportunity to complain about another failure to apply proper Lunacy to your story when Harry announced Draco's death at hoggies. Complaint lodged :-P

Someday, hopefully soon, Harry is going to bring formal charges and/or issue a formal duel against the sniveling shitebag and end his misery, and that of the majority of wizarding Britain, for good!

The attack on fudge was predictable, honestly I have been wondering why he wasn't booted out of office after the debacle at the ministry... The attack on Draco is similarly predictable, it does make me wonder how much collateral damage will occur in the coming battle. Of course it also begs the question, if Draco lives, where will he be staying? I assume some grim old place lol

That was a very well done approach to understanding Harry's immaturity and lack of understanding of everything from sex to love and all points in between. I'm sure that many people were clamoring for an earlier consummation of the relationship, and it's not actually clear that that's how far they went, but allowing them to pass heavy kissing (and maybe some light petting) is reasonable after what has to be 8 months?

I have to admit that the idea of a Matcher is somewhat compelling as a concept for magical abilities. A woman who never smiles and wears an enormous dead vulture on her head, however, does not match the image of the person fitting that magical ability lol Still no Lunacy... You keep on having gatherings of young magical people, including twice at Hoggies, and you keep on snubbing the favoritest witch. This saddens me :-(

Still no lunacy, but not for a lack of craziness lol

A truly impressive chapter, with a lot of the deeper emotional connections that I had wondered if we would see and with some excellent revelations as to why we haven't yet seen them.

Nice! Having someone speak up for the werewolves from a personal perspective is reasonable, but of course they would have to be given the opportunity.

It occurred to me that you're fic, while doing quite well in most areas, is decidingly lacking in Lunacy :-(

Very fun chapter! Tonks - Rowena Kingsley - Salazar Harry - Merlin Godric - Godric

Your betas were right, the conflict was necessary for growth, especially when it is such an inherent part of Harry that it was even believable in Canon lol

A solid introduction to high society and finally a decent date for the lovebirds :-)

Confirmed deez, it'd be good to know what your world requires to earn the mark of such... 'service'.

Is there a reason they have mentioned both a Lady Potter and a Lady Black - is this going to be one of Those fics? :D

That was a fantastic chapter, incredibly full and fun!

The Black Family dynamics are entertaining as heck, and the realignment of Potter and Black fortunes is always a cool background arc.

The timing of all of this, right as the kids are going back to school, is both good (getting them out of harms way) and dangerous (they aren't there yet).

I'm guessing the political fighting with the supposed ally wudgy is going to come to an end, lucy will be pissy and probably try to use his bowlerness to strike out as a distraction from the real attack, though I haven't worked out what that will be, unless it's his friends pre-Hogwarts or between the train and the castle...

I do wonder what the jr. deez will do when they cannot enter the castle? For that matter, it will be interesting to see what manner that 'denial' takes.

A purple owl giving a resigned hoot... oh, the twins! got it. lol

Shite... look at that, Draco went and grew up! I'ma gonna go over here and be stunned a bit. (Mostly because you set that up perfectly and then delivered it quite well.)

What a mess with Molly, and of course Ron is about the ultimate momma's boy :-/

Wow, dropping the full story of Riddle, Lucy targetting Ginny and all, will be huge!

Will it give a clue about their understanding of horcux(es)?

btw, has the burning chicken shared any intel?

also, are dopey's other partners Cheatem & Howe?

Wanderer posted a comment on Sunday 17th November 2019 12:02am

Once the trial was done, I would have challenged dopey to a duel of honor for publicly impugning the House of Potter. Terms of the dual - first blood. Then I would have ... cast a curse that caused him to tell the truth and begun asking questions... all the while evading the attacks of the prick and not causing any damage in return until he condemned himself in public. Then hit him with a cutting curse just powerful enough to draw a drop of blood and walk away.

Kingsley, as Harry's second, would then blast the shite to hell when he tried to attack Harry from behind after losing. :D

Nice chapter, rather full of goodies! That DE ward was wonderful, and I assume it's for marked DE's? The ritual to acquire a mark is said to require willingly performing vile and horrible actions against a living person... I think the wards should punt them like a paper football, but that's only because turning them inside out was shot down by my Slytherin side that said the mess would ruin innocent children's robes (and minds lol)

Dude, the table talk was great and, as you can attest, any time a kid can ask questions of a new couple it is comedy gold :D

Legit worries from Ginny, cool.
