Poor Cissy! and poor Draco. But lucky us, cause we got a new chapter.

Good chapter. Looking forward to the explanation of why Hermione was at a different table. I think that Ron got off too easily, but then I think that a decent dose of pain and/or humiliation would improve Ron's character quite a bit in the long run.

YES! Somebody chalk up another point or two for harry!
I must admit that I expected harry's speech to be a little more... forceful... but sometimes simple is better.
I must say that I enjoyed watching snape get trounced again was VERY satisfying, and the in-ability to use legimancy within the school was gratifying as well. I do wonder however if the spell fails, or if it is now just very painful to perform? If it's impossible, well and good, but what if it was worth the pain to try it? could you skim info off the top of someone's head before the pain got to bad?
Crys replied:
Depends on whether you think about 1 second worth of Legilimency is worth the price of a three day migraine. That potions won't touch *evil grin*

Great new chapter! I'm still waiting for Harry to get completely sick of Snape and reducto his arse, though. Keep up the good work.

Yea! I love Harry and DD facing off and Harry putting him in his place! And Harry all dressed up as he strides into the great hall, I'd love to see a pic of that! If only I was an artist.
I loved Ginny telling Ron off too ^_^ and the Sorting Hat and the chapter in general! Great work!

Damn. Much as I can't stand Draco normally, I did hope he'd live through the war in this story.
With Godric's portrait mounted on the ceiling, wouldn't turning Snape around so his 'abnormally large nose' was touching the wall in a corner rather than looking up been better?
And messing with legilemency was long overdue.

Crys replied:
Good point on the direction Snape is facing, but I have a specific image in mind for the portrait. No frame, background looks like rock. So even if someone DOES look up, unless Godric (or someone else with access to the portrait) were in it, it would just look like a ceiling.
Good catch, though.

Awww, you had to kill poor Draco (snicker, snicker). I don't feel sorry for him, but I do feel bad for his mother.
Loved the Headmaster's Office scene.
