I love the kinda of stories where he ruins Vernon from Vernon's most important goals/desires

Hehehehehe!!! Harry was so "mean" to Vernon. Love it!

This one is funny. I like how Harry was messy with his uncle.

*wicked snicker*

Oh, I like this idea!

So the oringinal version of Scion was H/Hr?

Crys replied:

No.   I was referring to the second half of that scene only.

very similar to a chapter in another story, but I like the new twists you have added in. I too would want to cause some punishment to befall Vernon, if I were related to that abhorant bigoted bully.

Oh, lovely! And I especially liked that last line...

Escuse me while I laugh hystericly. ::Laughing Hystericly:: That was funny beyond all belief. I Caught your reference to Scion of Gryffindor though I have never read it. I will read it right away. This story is absolutely amazing.

Thank you for writing. That was a good read.

I think my bout of insomnia is now over, partly thanks to the pleasure of reading your story. I shall return to bed now.

Crys replied:

Hmm.   You seem happy with the story, yet it put you to sleep.

Not quite sure how to take that, saugart. ;)

This was good! Very good! What's gonna happen next?

Crys replied:

This was an alternate version of a scene from Scion chapter 41.   These "dreams" won't be individually continued, I'm afraid, unless some other author wants to adopt them.

Enjoyed this chapter. Short and sweet, with just a bit of malice to the Dursleys.

Thanks for sharing it.

This is excellent! I love the fact that Harry concealed his indentity from Cummings but managed to show who he was to Vernon! That was a really nice touch. I also like the way that Hermione inserted pertinent details in such a way that put Vernon on the defensive. That worked out really well. The last really good touch was when Harry said, "Oh, that's my driver. I assure you, Remus is quite capable of handling the likes of Vernon Dursley!!! That was perfect! Thanks for writing. pms

Ouch. That was ugly. Of course, Vernon had it coming but it is still ugly.

Another nice little dream fantasy. I wonder if Harry woke up laughing? I can almost hear Ron saying: "Mental, that one!" ;-)

It is interesting that this is a sort of first draft of what eventually became the latest part of "Scion..." (with Hermione swapped for Tonks). Are other parts of your stories ever modified 'dead' plot bunnies?

Crys replied:

Yes and no.   Sometimes I'll have a bunny that I think will be in a certain story, but it never quite makes it in.

This is only the second time that I've written a full scene of that size that I eventually had to completly scrap and redo.

Thanks for reviewing.

Super!!

However nice this may be, Vernon doesn't deserve this - after all the punishment should fit the crime.

(If he had been laundering money then, perhaps, sacking him would of course (though not in the way this occured - and of course Mr. Dursley wouldn't neccessarily behave in this manner (having to behave correctly and conscientiously - mindful of others)), would be the avowed punishment.)

Thus, logically, he should be forced to undergo magical synthesis (in other words a "magical cultural induction") until he loses the prejudice - after whether or not Harry is a child or not - it is Magic that is the problem here (and here the responsibility also falls on Petunia's parents for not making absolute that both girls were equally cherished - or some other nonsequential thing...)

Never mind, in other words, quite an aggressive style piece - definitely not canonical but sub-conscious perhaps? After a few sessions with "Flight of Death" perhaps an ID-ian reaction... maybe, who knows...

That's what fanfiction is for--after all!

Ah, the universe has been restored to its rightful orientation ... with Hermione as Harry's girlfriend. Thank you! :-)

Along those lines - "I'm going to kiss you silly once we're out of here' - heh. Good one.

Good dream ... they've all been good, so far, haven't they? I do hope Harry isn't going to record any of his nightmares!

Crys replied:

You're welcome :)

As far as the nightmares: Not planning on anything (this whole series of ficlets IS under the humor category), but the muse may drag me that direction sooner or later.   No promises.
