That's a fun best-case extrapolation. It would have been nice to see some rapprochement between Sirius and Severus, but that's involved enough to properly belong in a sequel... perhaps an extended sequel as "none dare call it the New Marauders" (Sirius, Remus and Severus), forced to work together by both circumstance and Dumbledore, deal with Death Eaters (Voldemort's still out there), the Triwizard Tournament, Trelawney, and... acting their age.
