I mean... ok. It's not as impressive as a phoenix, but a falcon is neat, and getting it to fly up a chimney is pretty cool :D

Not having to kick the flaming chickens out of the grim old place is a perk :)

Most excellent! Harry needs to ask what his abilities are with regards to Hogwarts. Can he fire Binns? Snape? Etc? control the Wards? Remove the Headmaster? Control Points and Detentions? In general improve lessons and the Castle.

Harry also needs to write a condolence letter to Madame Bones about Susan telling her how much Harry liked her and how good she was in the DA.

We want longer, more detailed chapters. I assume RL/NT will be a ship? Too bad you had to kill Susan Bones. I was shocked in HBP how quickly her aunt was killed.
