Someday Harry will think about the soft tissue issue and be caught in an embarrassing situation changing some of his...features. It is bad enough when someone walks in on a teen wanking, but if he were experimenting with length and breadth it would be simply mortifying.

Great story. I eagerly await the next.

Mike.

Poor Harry! This actually runs right into Kelly's issue of How Does The BWL Have A PRIVATE Social Life. Harry needs privacy simply *because* he's Harry, and Tonks needs one as his girlfriend. However, three Rather Large Issues get in the way:

1. He's her patriarch. (Never mind that she's older than he is, and ALSO never mind that the patriarch bedding the hired help has a history in wizarding Britain MUCH longer than in Muggle Britain; Appearance Is Everything!)

2. He's the closest thing to wizarding royalty that exists. As simply the Boy Who Lived, Harry Potter is an icon in wizarding Britain simply by kicking Tom's butt from his crib. Throw in that he's richer than almost all OTHER wizards (including those older by at least a century; offhand, I would say that only the Flamels come close), still single, and has been kicking DE butt on a semi-regular basis since age eleven, and you have a true wizarding ICON-PLUS. And he's only sixteen.

3. He's the third most powerful wizard or witch living. What Harry's done magically has ONLY been matched or exceeded by two other living wizards: Tom and Dumbledore. Godric has weighed in and plainly stated that he COULDN'T match Harry's capabilities. (And Harry is not through getting all his capabilities YET.) Power alone is a major attractant (albeit usually the WRONG sort of witch); however, Harry IS aware of it.The Prophet has attacked him numerous times BECAUSE of that power. Again; he's only sixteen. He will only be STRONGER (not weaker) at fifty-six (which isn't even middle-aged by the standards of wizarding Britain); MAYBE he'll START to grow weaker when he reaches Dumbledore's PRESENT age. (Then again, given how much Harry has rewritten the Magical Rulebook, he may wreck the expectations here too.)

I started out with a real long review. I ended up deleting most of it....... All left I left is "very good chapter, good idea Remus had about date." Think you can help me set up a future date most of my girlfriends think that when I plan a date, the date sucks. lol don't answer that. lol

Opinions are like assholes.
Everyone has one - but some just smell worse than others.

Theory good, metamorph detail good, Tonks' insecurity splendid - does she look like twin sister to Bella by any chance? Narcissa wouldn't be so bad. Merely plug-ugly is hardly enough to be that insecure over. I bet the old witch in Glasgow comes into things somewhere. Love to know what a really tough instructor would have to say about Harry's dodging habits - snarky Drill Sergeantese is fun. Can Moody come back into things doing his full CONSTANT VIGILANCE in-my-day-you'd-have-died-last-week... routine? KUTGW

Yeah, the 3rd eye would be fun, but more realisticly, is altering the fingers and fingernails into retractable cat-claws with snake-venom sacs.....then a nictating membrane over the eyes so you dont have to blink:)
