Heh, Ignatius Howe? Is he a partner of that famous law practice Dewey, Cheatum, and Howe? ;)

The word you were looking for was "infamous", not "famous". 

And yes, as it happens, that is the name of his lawfirm.  Howe shows up later in Umbridge's trial, too.  Also, Barrister Dewey is in chapter 19.

Good guess on the name of the law firm :)

Should Tonks be offended? I think so, as they are dating (in my mind). What was with Ginny's sour reaction? If she was going to be upset, Hermione should have, as well. Uless there's something else going on there. I'll cross my fingers. Harry was mean to Snargtooth. Good chapter. Keep writing!
