Very interesting story progression. My first H/T story and I am enjoying it. I like how you have developed H/G friendship, a little sad at how Ron is being portrayed, and Harry's estrangment from the Weasleys. Enjoying that you are taking the wood to Dumbledor, most of the time he gets a free pass. Interesting view of the upper class of the Wizarding World, though I think Harry would be interested in bring down such an old system.

Well, looking forward to Umbridge getting her just desserts. Seeing the bad guys get what's coming to them is awfully satisfying in fan fiction stories.

I thought the use of legilimency as an 'active' skill was clever, reminding me a bit of 'Vulcan Mind Melds' from Star Trek! A couple of Trek novels I've read have had very moving depictions of how a romantic couple could bond and share thoughts and emotions. You're probably not taking it any further with Harry and Tonks, but it was a enjoyable extrapolation of an existing canon ability.

This is one of the best stories I've read in a long time! I love the idea of Harry being Lord-Baron Whosy-whatsit, and all the bells and whistles that goes along with that. And I'd never thought much about Tonks as a pairing with Harry, but it's working for me here. I just wish there was more to the story! Update faster, please? Jo

Hmmm... I'd forgotten that Lupin has feelings for her in this fic.

You really need to find Lupin a woman.

Lupin doesn't have romantic feelings for Tonks. Remember, Lupin is gay in this one.

His actions were because he's concerned for both of them. He is, after all, a friend to them both.

Excellent chapter. I like Harry's rather adroit and swift treatment of Fudge. You didn't write it over the topm which is a course that so many have writen, forgetting that Harry is not omnipotent in the press.

Very nice responce,there, to Fudge. It's good to see that Harry does have supporters like Amelia Bones on his side; I get the feeling he'll need them down the road. The press conference sounded totally believeable.
