Dumbledore is being a bastard again I see. Considering that having thought about what went on in the books between Harry and Dumbledore protraying Dumbledore as a two faced SOB makes perfect
sense. Looks like this Harry is goning to be giving Dumbledore fits in the near future. I'm all for it.

I've seen many ways that the Dreaded Portrait gets dealt with, but *this* has to be one of the most satisfying. How do you take down a wizarding portrait that has stumped even Albus Dumbledore? Answer: Like a Muggle; you literally tear it off the wall. And given how much Mrs. Black hated mixedbloods and Muggleborns (possibly even more than Riddle), having Harry (a mixedblood) take the portrait down Muggle-fashion was very apt.
Ch.2 - - Dumbledore needs to work on his Harry skills. In some ways teenagers are flexible. In other ways way to rigid.
You've done a great job of pointing out how Dumbledore is going too close to the edge with Harry.
Excellent starting plot point for your tale.

i have to say that yours and all the rest of the authors fics here are very interesting reading . I am a avid Harry potter fan and i love reading all the fanfics out there but especially these in
this area. I am not a writer though . tried a couple of times but found that i have a bettter chance of pulling storm clouds from the sky than getting anythign worth posting online. i visit alot of
